FR5 and Smuggling

This non existing problem about smuggling and FR5s again? :|

I can´t remember if RFP ever issued hard FR5 related to smuggling, as far as my memory serves I can´t recall any, definitely not since I became 2iC and later leader what is in total like 1,5 years. And since we have /nodock, we didn´t asked even for soft FR5 (and this one was never for smuggling itself, it was always reported as violation related to fact that smuggler escaped from police with full cargo hold of contraband by docking on RFP station).

Situation with BPA is very likely same as far as I know, KSP and GRP factions are not official/are nonexistant for long time so they can´t issue FR5s.

So I unless there is huge problem with this in Liberty (and I doubt that because I don´t recall FR5s regarding this in sanctions thread, all I can recall is like one issue with threatening with FR5), then it´s like I said - this problem don´t exist, just like two or three players for some reason claim otherwise. At least when we speak about police factions, but as far as I know it applies to other lawfuls as well.

But feel free to post few links (but I really mean few, not just some one single issue) to prove me wrong, I have no problem to change my opinion. Maybe there are these piles of FR5ed smugglers and I just somehow overlooked them.
