FR5 and Smuggling

I remember an old case of a FR5 which was given as a sanction (not as a FR5 request) because of "docking despite base being locked by lawful = oorp docking = violation of ID". The player just bribed back from -1,0 and was sanctioned for doing it and threatened with further consequences. However, the player in question really really pushed his luck there.

So, if you get FR5ed, you should not just "rebribe".
Filing an FR5 rquest takes the player faction at least 30 minutes of annoying time/effort, then he has to wait for weeks and you undo all of this with a 450.000 cr. bribe? Sounds wrong to me.

However, I am fully with what the RFP leader wrote.

And if you do not behave like an idiot who docks when the police said: "You cannot dock! You are under arrest", and you go: "LOL-NO-dock!", you are safe from FR5s anyway.
