That is why you should create completely new character and give it proper /restart command.

I think making new character will be way cheaper and less time consuming than bribing +20 NPC factions around the Sirius. Gallic Junker rep is actually pretty red to everything. Unless you have +200M ship to lose, I'd create new character at this point.
(You scrap ships in conn by buying camera ship and selling every single item on it, then move money between characters.)
Or, you can change to Freelancer ID and bribe these +20 NPC factions you were hostile to as GJ.
