So we could once again hear the smugglers battlecry in system chat " And another load of Cardi delivered " ?...........just no.

Would you rather have no smugglers at all? Shame on the lawfuls for not stopping them before they reach the sell point in that regard.

IF the smuggler in question got FR5'ed , that means said smuggler is not competent at his job and got caught. See...people like to think that they can smuggle and make a big deal about it in system chat........a true smuggler doesn't get caught because he knows what he is doing , and the risks associated with the profession...so a good smuggler is patient...he bides his time until the opportunity presents itself , and then he goes for the sell point.
This proposal is designed to circumvent the fr5 ruling , plain and simple , no matter what kind of fluff its wrapped in. the fr5 is to represent the JAIL TIME the smuggler would be facing for being caught......unless we want a death penalty....then the char would just be deleted.
And as far as poor lawfuls not being able to stop a smuggler ?......shall I dive into the game mechanics and see where the speed docking aspect goes ?....hmmm ?
