We acknowledge and appreciate Coalition's recognition of Zoner's independence in Omega 49 and hope that both sides may co-operate in fashion that keeps this particular system that way. The Order took liberty of preparing draft for the treaty, that once you approve of, will be set into motion. Access rights to The Order Protectorate are being processed right now, question being which installations may be opened to you but general consensus leans towards also permitting full scale military operations in Omicron Delta without necessity of our approval due to contested nature of this system. Core and Corsairs frequent it frequently, on more than one occasion oppressing local Zoner populations we wish to protect autonomy of - I presume in similar manner that your interventions serve in Omega 49.

1. End of hostilities
By signing of this treaty, The Order and SCRA agree to upgrade cease-fire to peace. Coalition agrees to relinquish Resheph-class O.C.V. Kerimov into custody of The Order Primary Fleet, who in return forfeit objective of reclaiming Osiris-class C.P.W. Karl Marx. The Order - SCRA conflict is therefore ending inconclusive, with neither party eligible for responsibility of instigating war. Neither side may pursue prosecution for crimes or reparations relevant to war relevant activities and cold war that followed from 818 A.S. cease fire. Diplomatic relations are reset to neutrality for blank state.

2. Recognition
Each side will respect authority of the other in their respective space. SCRA sovereign space is stated as entirety of Omega 52, as well 10 klicks perimeter of jumpholes leading to Coalition homeworld (Omega 5, Omega 49). 3. Trade and borders
Both The Order and SCRA authorities will engage in establishing trade routes between the two. In order to accomplish it, The Order Protectorate and Coalition Republic territorial laws will be relaxed in the very least extend to permit unrestricted commerce between economical centers and/or dedicated trade outposts of both organizations. IFF transponders will be set to accommodate docking rights in respective systems accordingly.
