Valente Rossi,

I do apologize for the delay in establishing this network between the Reapers of Sirius and ourselves, the Aegis Initiative. As we have discussed, both parties have an interest in combatting and eliminating the Cretan Empire which claims control over the Omegas and upper Omicron region. I believe, after the battle which had followed our meeting, we have proven ourselves to not only be resourceful, but capable in holding the line. Additionally, the appearance of the Red Army, in which our flagship had severely damaged a Typhoon-class destroyer, it now seems we share two common enemies.

So, with this missive, I extend the offer of establishing diplomatic relations between the Initiative and the Reapers, for the intent of coordinating operations in the Omegas, logistical and military support against the Corsairs, as well as providing a stable supply line to Cayman. Additionally, as promised, two transport vessels will be dispatched with a large quantity of munitions, Food rations, and additional medical supplies. Further inquiries about coordinating logistics will pass through Alan Stacker.

Finally, I have dispatched a frigate to the Omega region surrounding Cayman for AWACS support, fire support, and intelligence collection and relay. I will see to it the Lelantos wing is deployed nearby to aid in security of the area.

This is an opportunity for both of our groups to build a better relationship, and put an end to the smuggling of Artifacts, and the spreading of the Red Army. Please relay any concerns or questions to this channel, and I will do my best to provide any answers.
