I do apologize for the delay as well, I've been dealing with a few private issues. Nevertheless, I am glad to hear from you again. As I already told you the other day, you and your organization have indeed proven yourselves during the battle in Omega forty seven. As you have witnessed, the Coalition is as much of a problem in the Omegas as the Corsairs. Luckily for us, their people do not hesitate to murder each other whenever they get a chance, which means that neither of them can fully focus on us, as they have bigger issues to deal with.

The Council accepts your offer regarding diplomatic relations. Both the Initiative and the Reapers have a lot to gain from working together, with little, if anything to lose. By the way, I still haven't heard from your contact that was supposed to take over those research materials that were promised to you.
