Pirates - the newcomer's reaction.

I do not hate you. But you show a poor sportsmanship to those newbies you like to teach. You fly unarmored Mastodon. That says a lot about you as a trader. Any self respecting roleplayer trader will use an armor of some sorts. 15 units of cargo is insignificant to profits, while 2.5x armor is significant to survival.

You don't understand how majority of pirates operate. many of us pirate for the thrill and roleplay. Someone has to be the bad guy so that universe is filled with all sorts of types. Sometimes I camp Jump Gates for an hour only to encounter silent trader with no armor who would rather spend five minutes of trying to cruise away than saying something back.

It was your choice to flee while it was my choice to attempt roleplay. You succeded to do so while I was typing letters into the chat to provide roleplay to the best of my ability. But you can't say that it is personal when it is just roleplay. You flew under the DSE colors, something that my character extorts on daily basis due to roleplay reasons.

You have no clue about roleplay and out of roleplay differences it seems. And a bad teacher teaches bad things to pupils. I have a very active trade ship that I fly almost daily. And I don't mind meeting pirates. Actually, I would like to meet more pirates sometimes.
