I don't expect to you to tech them how to mine , buy you can hang around Penn in rouge,pirate, xeno etc ships and at least try to recruit them in to your factions , or TEACH them how to proper RP ! Show them how to become your members , not to intercept just restarted freighters near Erie , make some silly demand and blow them up after they don't respond . What you expect from them , they are NEWBIES , most of them still don't even know to use chat , when you demand something from them , even if is only 100.000 they react with panic and they flee .
If you are to lazy to help them or you like to kill more than help , then stick to killing and don't Blame one that DO help !
That is a bit hard with the amount of lawfuls circling you in that area. I remember that I cannot talk to anyone there for long when I need to fear getting ganked in a few. And most of them don't want to anyways.
