Not so hard , in more cases we had pleasant RP conversations with Un-Law ships there . i particularly remember one Pirate ID snub , first we had ask his intentions , and when it was obvious he don't intend to attack , we had more than 30 minutes of RP in helium cloud , before he leave as in peace .
Even i have try some RP recruiting in my Rogue Cruiser in Penn .

I rp a rough pirate. I don't have nice chats with the police or the navy. You guys need to differentiate. RP is the whole thing not just the talking. That is called a discussion or a conversation.
