Ozei sat back in his chair, checking through the daily news feed of his palm link. After checking in on his wager on the Bustard, he frowned some - clearly, he had not won. Shrugging, the Kusarian read on in the article, his eyes squinting some in wariness. "Something smells, here.."
Shoving at the floor with his feet, the squeal of ball bearings sounded out as Ozei spun half around to place himself at a desk, chair wheels grinding to a halt as he powered up his portable computer. With a roll of his neck and a crack of bone, the Kusarian brought up the interface to send a long range communication, beginning his narration.

Konnichiwa, everyone! I must say, congratulations to the winner of such a fine vessel. I would have loved to direct a more personal commendation, but I see that the winner has chosen anonymity - to which, I do respect.
However, I do believe I may speak for a few of the unlucky folks here when I ask this: Mr. McFightems, would you care to link the video feed of yourself holding the drawing of the winning lottery ticket? I am sure you have simply forgotten to include the evidence of such in your previous transmission - which is understandable, given possible distraction with that fine sum of credits in your account?
Again, I respect the winner's wishes to remain unnamed. I am simply requesting that you show us some sort of evidence that you ran this lottery fairly. Not such an unrealistic request, is it? I suppose I should have asked who was being assigned what ticket numbers ahead of time, but that is my own - as well as everyone else's, it seems - fault.
