A Samura transport was recently intercepted in Sigma-17, brimming with contraband alien artifacts. The ship had just exited the Omicron Theta jumphole, and was likely coming directly from Planet Crete itself. The pilot was naturally non-cooperative, and gradually edged toward Planet Kurile, eventually fleeing in-atmosphere.
The control Samura exerts over the planet has become too large a thorn in our side to be allowed to continue.
[29.03.2016 13:18:58] GMG|Keiji;Namura: Samura ship, please cut your engines.
[29.03.2016 13:19:09] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Why would I do that?
[29.03.2016 13:19:45] GMG|Keiji;Namura: You are in possession of illegal cargo. Please cut your engines.
[29.03.2016 13:20:06] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Illegal? Says who?
[29.03.2016 13:20:14] GMG|Keiji;Namura: Says The Guild. You are in GMG space.
[29.03.2016 13:20:24] Samura|-Ikazuchi: No, not really
[29.03.2016 13:20:52] GMG|Keiji;Namura: As a result I must ask you to drop your cargo so it may be disposed of safely.
[29.03.2016 13:21:07] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Not today
[29.03.2016 13:21:11] 2016-03-29 13:21:39 SMT Traffic control alert: Samura|-Ikazuchi has requested to dock
Some time later, there was an issue with another AFC pilot in Sigma-13. The pilot failed to halt for a cargo scan and decided to go racing around Sigma-13, all the while ignoring demands he cut his engines. Following a brief moment of compliance, the pilot then took off again and disappeared into the nebula.
The channel originally opened with AFC regarding their munitions smuggler has been reactivated, reporting the incident to Mr. Sunny and asking he get his clubmembers under control.
Earlier today, one of your Clubmembers visited the Sigma-13 system. The pilot of this ship failed to stop when requested for a routine scan, and took off into the nebula in direct violation of Guild directives. They did eventually come to a halt and submit to a scan, after a long and erratic chase. Due to this poor display, I directed them to vacate the Sigmas, after which they claimed to be heading to Frankfurt.
The speedy light fighter then decided to once again take off in a random direction, and promptly disappeared from scanner range.
