And besides, Nyx, being able to engage <20% of factions does not really count as "can practically anything". Even the Core has more enemies to shoot.

Core can only shoot people hostile to it or those who break it's laws within it's ZoI: Omicrons, Omegas and a couple Sigmas. Outside it can only shoot Noms/Wild and Order. Order ID has no ZoI, and can shoot unlawfuls, quasi lawfuls and anything hostile to it (which is a huge and much larger list of enemies when you look at it's rephacks) anywhere.

I agree with Snak3 that such things can be SRP'd anyway. I also stand by my statement that it would be illogical for Order to start deploying their own Capital assets so freely outside of the Omicrons, therefore explaining such via SRP would be better. Or better yet, it's fine right now as a perk for the Order| ID. People wanting to pursue this kind of RP can always sign up with Order|, as an incentive to join.
