I have to ask if the boarding shuttle has the polygons for wall and floor separating the bridge from cabin, when looking from the passenger cabin glass. Also it could use door in the wall.

But the best and fastest hotfix is to make all glass not transparent, like in GMG bomber and GMG GB.
