I never said about anonymous bounty ooRPly. I said about inRPly anonymous bounty - the bounty issuer does not show his or her ID, or issue bounty via same character but under nickname or fake surname (makes sense inRP).

I do not know about that then, and yeah it will probably require a green statement.
