4. Why are these changes necessary?
With things starting to take pace, lots of research into alternate and multi-fuel power sources have gone into full effect, finally producing large scale prototypes ready for field use and to test the stability of enlarged nuclear breeders. Although its secondary purpose was shown to produce Thrudium which when stabilized within the breeder reactor can be used to make high yield atomic weapons or boost the reactor in its SaF process. People generally like keeping stockpiles of war-materials. But due to the equipment that is currently mounted on the Liner the previous commercial styled reactor was insufficent, this reactor will help greatly with keeping up with any future installments of hardware that might come into line without worrying about any power loss when it came to the smaller H-fuel reactor, which has been moved off as an auxiliary reactor.

But with the new reactor installed means that a new main engine system needed to be installed to, this too was a prototype that may be installed on later ships made by the Buro and needed a field test. Installing their latest prototype onto "The-Zealous" would see if the large scale models would be successful and reasonable to use compared to the MOX reliant VP series of engines since the newer HNP series of engines would allow for multi-use fuels that may be encountered on longer travels.

The ship also received a big system upgrade with the arrival and full capability use of a Quantum & Binary supercomputer scaled to an entire deck and sealed off to high ranking and selected personnel. This has multi-role purposes such as running simulations, electronic warfare capability, decryption, application hosting and scientific project designs and an accurate prediction machine and with the arrival of the HTTB-1, the supercomputer hasn't been fully optimized or used within peak capacities due to energy limitations, rendering electronic warfare capabilities limited until now.

The ECM jammer (OPTRA) that was installed uses Visual light and Energy as well as adaptable wave-bands to jam any potential targets and to increase the Electronic Warfare capabilities of the vessel, but also shrouds itself for Counter-Electronic-attacks using the same system. This is a safeguard for the vessel if there is any instance that it would be able to attack our counter-attack any attempts that are coming externally from the ship. All of this is powered and controlled with the "Metastability" supercomputer to run all electronic attacks and disruption methods.
