my personal opinion on the matter is, while [SA],=LSF= and [Core] are the only ones allowed to be there, doesn't mean they're the only ones capable of getting in and surviving in there. Now the way i see it is, Z21 and Alaska if off limits to everyone besides those with proper clearance thats a law in Sirius/Liberty not a rule for the server. Now i do agree that just anyone going through the NY/Alaska jump gate ooRP, but is also kind of ooRP for the ones protecting it to expect none to go or try to go through it(and demand punishmet out of the game for those that do). If you dont want anyone going near it you have to protect it your self(thats just common sense for anything of value/secrecy that others want).
I do think that if you're not supposed to be there, you need a good RP reason. Like if you want to use the Alaska gate so much (smugglers mostly) then you have to come to the forums and write a story as to why you have the ability to get in there and have the general approval from the people on the forum. for example one could be paying off a LSF official for the access codes, he could be a hacker(and it is possible to hack it, were not apes) there are numerous ways, but you need to put some effort forward. This will make whoevers presence there in RP, but can still be punished in RP. Now if my idea i acceptable, and someone is caught using the gate thats reason hasn't gotten forum approval then they can be sanctioned for ooRP behavior.
