ID Changes/Rework Discussion Thread

As a side note, it would be good that all ID use the same expressions and words.
Also, these words and expressions should be clear and not cause problem of interpretation.
For instance: "cannot participate in unlawful actions" could be clarified. Does it mean "cannot pirate"? or does it mean also cannot "smuggle"?
