Zoner Classification

The problem is, although other factions may consider Zoners generic, Zoners keep shoving unified concepts such CoF and FR5 into people's faces. This makes them come across as not being generic, because there is a unified body to supposedly represent all of their (when they don't) and to dish out a punishment on everyone's behalf (when they're not).

It's why CoF and Zoner FR5s don't really make sense from a lore/inRP pov.

But as it currently stands it's the only gameplay mechanic that gives Zoners at least a little bit of ground to stand on when confronted with people who threaten to become adversaries or that might hamper Zoner interests. However in my experience I think the fault is more in Zoners going around and causing the trouble themselves, and then self-victimizing and then pretending they're a unified body that can dish out meaningful punishment.
