Both of these are too messy and I dont like the glossy-boxy feeling of a sig as well.
Keep it as png?
Make the text thin lines that drip kinda in the pictures. Perhaps fonts from here:
http://www.fontspace.com/category/scary?p=4
?
At the moment they look cartoony and messy.
Forget about the blood splats for now. The letters should kinda look like cuts that bleed.
