Guten Abend, Kommissars and members of the RFP -

My name is Lorleii Darksaint and I am the Chief Operations Officer of Saint Logistics, headquartered on Planet Erie, Pennsylvania System and with an office on the Solitaire Metropolis base in the Stuttgart System.

One of the contracts we currently hold is to resupply Orbital Spa & Cruise bases with the goods their clients desire to enjoy their stays on the liners and resorts. To that end, I come before you to submit a request for a license deliver the listed Restricted Cargo as required by Rhineland Law.

§1.1. Callsign of the ship(s) or identification tag
§1.2. Name of the captain of the ship or organization´s responsible person
§1.3. Ship/organization´s ID papers and IFF code
§1.4. Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination
§1.5. Applicant is obliged to provide NeuralNet link to channel where he received "recommendation of trustworthiness" from at least one Rheinland primary law enforcement authority ([RM], RFP|, BDM|) or at least one Rheinland official corporation (currently [ALG]-, DHC-, Kruger|, RS|). It will show as evidence that applicant is acting in accordance with the interests of Bundesrepublik Rheinland and support it enough to be considered trustworthy. This condition replaces usual security clearance which is necessary due to nature of the restricted cargo and its possible abuse, however it does not mean that the license will be granted automatically. Final decision is up to federal polizei representative.

1.4. The following cargo should be subject of the shipment outside and possession through Rheinland:

• Blue Jillies from Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart, to Orbital Spa & Cruise Bases; Luxury Liners Hawaii, Shetland and Mackinac & Planet Curacao

1.5. NeuralNet link showing Recommendation of Trustworthiness from Republican Shipping for both Saint_Shipping and Saint_Logistics.

There is also a request outstanding to meet with the RFP regarding the "recommendation of trustworthiness". Once I have received a reply transmission from that office, I will make a supplemental submission if needed.

If necessary, I can also provide an uplink from Chaiman Henry Pines of Orbital Spa & Cruise showing that Saint Logistics is currently employed as a contractor to deliver goods to these bases.
