A memo found

Another long lost memo hits the same LPI officer. It reads as follows:

We are to henceforth upgrade all Cruise Disruptors to the variety labeled "Train CDs" immediately, public safety be durned.

He once again gets up on the table to yell it, and at the thought of actually being able to catch smugglers, quite a few of the officers throw up, so overwhelmed with joy they were. Or maybe it was fear at catching something, as if Jaws might bite the line.
