Okay, yeah, that nomad cult fighter IS pretty awesome. I remember way back in 4.83, one of my first characters I tried to seriously roleplay with was a pro-nomad preacher. It didn't last but a few months, but I had a TON of fun with it. It may be nearly just a humanized re-skin of the Voidrunner, but I think that's what makes it so great. It clearly sends the message of "Hey, I dig nomads. So should you."
