Gentlemen:

We have the honour of requesting escorts for our brave freighter pilots that are involved in the extremely dangerous task of transporting refugees from Leeds.

The refugees will then be relocated to Congress liners that were appointed for this purpose, namely the Albion and the Old Ascalon, among others.

At your best convenience we would like to establish a schedule that would fit in both parts agendas.

We are, as always, Her Majesty humble servants.
