I appreciate your swift response in this matter. The decision to merge was made due to our steadily intertwining relations, thus it seemed only right for us to combine resources under one name, which in the end, was Auxesia. This has given us the opportunity, despite the setback of collecting and documenting our total assets, to easily coordinate our forces rather than conducting joint but separate operations. Our goals, our diplomatic stances, were slowly becoming one in the same. Two groups for the same purpose is inefficient.

The funds have been transferred to the specified account, with documentation of the transfer provided. As per our previous negotiations, the vessel will be moved quietly under small escort, so as to prevent drawing attention to the Guild, and our stay will be limited, until the installation of the new weapon systems and transponder are completed. This process should take no more than four days, due to the need for additional maintenance. Once completed, a shakedown run will be required, which can be accomplished on it's return to the battlegroup. We also acknowledge the terms in place, and agree to them.
