You might be over thinking the whole AI thing looking at your flowchart, to be any kind of character you only really need the basics:

What kind of AI? (Program left to learn on its own or programmed to fit in to human society)
That will determine where it gained its information and allow you to build a personality around it.

How will it speak?
Logical AI wont use contractions in their speech whereas a programed one will though still overly formal compared to everyday speech.

How will it refer to itself?
An important one as an AI will have no concept of "self" so using terms like I, We, You, Me and so forth are no go's.

If you can nail those three points down I dare say you should have a solid base to build on.
