"As you can see, ze vessel is... Ich hesitate to use the word "complete." Not to downplay the abilities of LSF engineers, but zeir efforts have been lackluster at best. As it stands, ze "Agrippa" does little zat an "Archer" cannot already do well enough. Hardly more than the engines of an Interdictor attached to a lithe frame, ze Agrippa would be capable of nothing but fleeing from danger. Zis will not stand, not while Ich am the Director. Hence, why Ich come to you. Ze powerplant of your vessel intrigues me greatly, and with a few modifications, could serve ze Security Force vell.

Of course, Ich am well aware of your more neutral stance when it comes to politics in the Sirius sector, as well as your dislike of providing your technology to military entities.
