After a long period of public polls and much discussion within the State Duma it has been voted by the people living in the Sirius Coalition that Omega-52 will no-longer be designated as such in any future documentation or by Coalition Citizenry. The leading candidate for the system's new name to replace the House-Designated Name has been identified by pollsters to be 'New Moskva' or 'New Moscow' in Sirian standard.
The new name is unexpected to be respected by the houses whose corporations would be eager to exploit the riches of our homeland for their own greed, however a House Presence is unlikely to occur due to the highly dangerous nature of the Omega-Region itself with many of it's inhabitants either warring with each-other or simply trying to scrap by.
It has further been decided that April 19th is to be designated a National Holiday in celebration of further independence from the corruptive House Influences by the people themselves choosing a new name rather than the House-designation that has plagued our people for so long.
In other news rumors of alien ruins in the Northern Hemisphere have been growing louder with sightings of personnel from the Ministry of Truth sealing off access to the Gobi Mountain Range, and establishing military checkpoints in and out of the region, the Ministry of Truth was unable to be reached for comment however sources have spotted transports carrying 'strange crystalline objects' away from the area to an unknown destination.
Our final story today, Volgograd Industrial has announced that it has been hard at work in creating job positions for Coalition Citizens in the Arms Manufacturing sector, 3,000 new openings are reported to be expected by the State-Run corporation on Planet Volgograd and Mykolaiv Research Station. What this means for the Coalition's economic future is unclear at this time however sources claim the State Duma is planning on the exporting of Coalition-Crafted Ordinance in order to fuel revolutionary movements across Sirius.
