Greetings Gentlemen,

I would like to start off by saying what a great pleasure it is to meet both of you.

My name is Jack Doe, son of the former president of Deep Space Engineering. I took over just a few months ago while the company was in turmoil. I'm happy to say that Deep Space Engineering didn't just 'stop existing', but simply lay in hibernation whilst administration could get back on their feet. The company functioned just fine on its most important jobs maintaining and construction of the tradelane network and related duties.

Deep Space Engineering is indeed interested in what you have to offer and we would like to extend an invitation for both of you to to join us on Doe Industries Space Port for a conference to discuss what it is you require.

I must apologize Mr Andrews, do you remember your employee number? We wish to assist you in what ever capacity we can to help you with your projects. If you can provide me with a few details, I'll take it to the share holders to see if there is a way we can offer funding.
