try restart as freelancer. and it also depend on what you want to do after the restart. if you want to dock with Golden Chrysanthemums for example you can by killing some Farmers Alliance
but be careful if you kill too much Farmers Alliance you will turn Hogosha red.

As i remember that 4-5 cells or more in your rep sheet negative white wont allow you to dock.


I am pretty sure someone who is more experienced than me will help you and explain it more than i did
