The thing is, lyth, the method has been working for a long time. It is not the problem of the method but of the user being too lazy in the 'hard life to post on forums his claim'.
As an HC member and leader in old BHG| before it died, I can tell you the system does not work (which is why we died).
Anyone in current BHG| can also tell you the system is bad.
Why is posting on forums bad.

in the amount of time it took for you to post this whole thing you could have posted claims for a lot of bounties.
