The better ship to hunt

So im a fledgling hunter looking to make a name for myself in this galaxy and i pose the question do i use the manta or the bottlenose to hunt im currently using a manta and i do like it a lot but i have been woundering would a botlenose be a better ship ( alternatly would a manta using a cloaking device be better )
