Friends of the Revolution,

It has been our honor and privilege to have fought to defend the rights and freedoms of the Zoners in the Omicrons and throughout Sirius proper. There is no one among the Revolutionary Army that doubts what we're doing.

However, as I discussed earlier today with an esteemed member of the TAZ these wars and operations can be quite draining on our supplies. In response to the increased aggression of the Core and other factions, the Sirius Coalition has decided that it must increase the production of its capital-class vessels in order to maintain an edge against the hordes of capitals that the enemy deploys.

To that effect, we request that the TAZ and OSI consider increasing material and resource shipments to New Moscow (Formerly Omega-52) in order to assist in the further development and growth of our capital fleet. The Sirius Coalition has long been friends with both of your organizations as well as the Zoners as a whole and so we hope that you will be able to repay our loyalty and friendship with this gesture.

We hope to continue our humanitarian efforts to supply Freeport 11 with D.R.O.P packages and the Trotsky, as well as its accompanying battle-group will remain stationed in the region to provide military aid to our Zoner allies.
