Honestamente, we did not expect to hear of you again. In the last 8 months since you spoke to the Council of Elders about this plan, a lot has changed. The Council of Elders has changed, and so have our plans. The decisions are now made by the Honourable Elders Hector Beltran, Dimitris de la Ramirez and Rodrigo de la Guerra, whereas Elder di Martino, Lopez and Buonocore, who you talked to in the past, do not exist any more. Call it the curse of the Omicrons, blame fatty food, hot-headedness, or the charms of a too passionate young señorita, or alternatively just mala suerte for these changes:

Fact is that this complete project and its exectution needs to be done reassessed. That's what the Consejo de Asuntos Exteriores is there for.

Our interest has shifted and our ambitions have become mayor. Investigation into Rheinland economy and production has shown that DHC's Planetary Production Complex XT-46-A - the automated factory that produces ship parts for assembly from previously defined blueprints - is what we want.

Correctamente, we do not only want the factory, but we want you to build it, we want the experts to run it and we want you to train our scientists and engineers in how to use it. We buy your equipment and your know-how.
