Drug effect/experience question - from one that doesnt take drugs

While doing my research on Nox I have been skimming through all the actual info out there on the drug and.... well this is all that I found:

I've been doing some RP on the drug's experience of my own as well [inserts self-bump]

What I need to understand fully is the following things:

Nox has initial time-slowing and sedative effect, shortly followed by increase of brain activity and hallucinations while the consumer's body is relaxed. In some time, the hallucinations are followed by very deep, nearly lethargic sleep lasting for 12-16 hours, after which the consumer experiences short-term amnesia.

How would you feel time slowing down? Do you react slower or do you react quicker because everything else is slow?
When you increase in brain activity does that mean you can think clearer for a time?
How do hallucinations work?

and finally: Depending on how much you take, would you then experience the initial high longer and then hit the deep sleep part later?

From what I read of the forum topic, Nox is similar kinda to Weed... so I am guessing anyone who smokes would know something about this.
