"It is commonly known that Jump Holes across Sirius can change their Phase-Alignment from one location to another, however when a Jump Hole is about to shift it sends out readings that can be easily detectable by ship sensors. According to the CPW Kurt Eisner the Phase-Alignment shifted suddenly and without any prior warning. While this has excited and confused my colleagues and myself here on Volgograd due to the new data it provides us on the nature of Jump Holes and what readings the Eisner was able to acquire when it's alignment shifted it changes the 'ball game' for the Revolutionary Army due to nolonger depositing Coalition Personnel in the middle of a battlefield.
We shall continue to monitor the Jump Hole for further changes and will hopefully use the data to one day aid in the development of a Gate of Coalition Design, in the meantime Revolutionary Army soldiers should exercise caution near the vicinity of the former Omega-5 Jump Hole."
"In other news the State Duma has announced it's expansion plan for the New Beijing System is underway with the construction of Kamchatka Station. At present only Military Personnel are expected to utilize the facility which is geared towards the supplying and protection of Coalition assets in the region. It is expected that Civilian amenities are to be added in the future for Coalition Citizens wishing to join the colonization efforts of the New Beijing System once the defense perimeter for the controlled area has been established.
The construction of Kamchatka Station is a symbol of Coalition engineering prowess in a hostile environment and is a source of morale for many in the Revolutionary Army. It is rumoured that the box previously used in the assassination attempt after being recycled had it's materials used in the station's final phase of construction in the office of the Base Commander. What this object is exactly is not known to VNA at present.
Volgograd Industrial announced earlier today that it's production factories on Planet Volgograd are fully up and operational after delays and limited supplies being produced. The Facilities were part of the Premier's promise of stable jobs for the average citizen under the New Economic Policy. Volgograd Industrial, the State-Owned Corporation, is known to produce a multitude of items for both the average citizen and the Revolutionary Army.
The Factories in question are set to produce war material for both the Coalition's own use in addition to being shipped out to trading partners and allies across Sirius in addition to fueling revolutionary movements that have garnered Coalition sympathies. Volgograd Ordinance is at present can only be bought by select organizations and individuals for shipping however it is expected to expand rapidly as demand increases for Coalition-made ordinance."
