To speak on a completely selfish point:

The antimatter boomstick is absolutely essential to bombers at this point. You're not a bomber without one. It's been a sort of 'nod nod wink wink' item to this point because of that, despite it's Order origin.

My question would be, if we enact a system such as this one are various pirate groups (selfishly speaking on behalf of the Xenos now, and please abstain from commenting that we're too bloody poor to have the things in the first place :P) going to suddenly find themselves in a compromising/sanctionable position by employing these weapons on their craft?

When I read statements such as: "In 816 A.S. few of these weapons were tested in field tests on Planet Anchorage, showing astonishing results. In 817 A.S. weapon was ready for limited production and now can be seen only on high ranking LSF or Liberty Navy vessels." I begin to feel that I'll be able to suit up our vessels with them as easily as the XA could employ Avengers and Raven Claws.

I feel that it's a valid point and one worth addressing.
