It costs you not even 25mill to make one. Something you can earn by killing 5 Liberty players which takes no effort at all, as you just described.
But I think the point has gotten across, if it's accepted or not is up to the GRN.
Liberty will keep on feeding you blue messages of people who have no idea what they are doing.
In return the server gives you some pocket money and lets you say you were outnumbered.
