Mandated Territories of the Order

Section I. Introduction

This mandate issued by the Order shall not claim to have ownership of the entire Omicron sector and will not break local factions laws, customs and regulations unless they are in direct violation of the Order's own mission and morals. The Order - as an independent entity - has neither agenda nor any form of civil government to impose civil laws upon the residents of the Omicrons. We trust and rely instead on the self-determination and common sense of local inhabitants to govern themselves in the way those communities see fit. The intention of the regulations imposed under this protectorate is to safeguard humanity from the alien threat, its thralls and those blinded by greed and ambition pursuing alien relics and technology humanity is not ready to grasp or is too dangerous to be utilized.

1.1. Definition of Mandated Territories

The Order’s Mandated Territories encompass several systems with various high degrees of threat. To prevent innocent people from being attacked or infected by the Nomads we have indicated relevant territories with clearance levels. Free passage from the Order to any of the systems listed with a clearance level can be obtained by requesting an appropriate clearance, with the exception of quarantined systems. Systems without a clearance level do not fall under the Order protectorate but are of note and are to be approached cautiously.

1.2. Space Regulations

The Mandated Territories are subject to the following regulations.

[Partially] Controlled systems:
⧫ Access to Omicron Mu and Omicron Minor is restricted to those considered faithful friends and allies of the Order. Any other vessel found in breach of the system must identity themselves and state their intended purpose. Failure to answer satisfactorily to an Agent shall lead to the vessel being escorted out or terminated to safeguard the Order's integrity.
Access to these systems is not restricted for vessels of the Bundschuh, Blood Dragons and Gaians, as well as any individual or organization granted the appropriate license by part of the Order Primary Fleet.

Contested Space:
⧫ Systems marked as Contested Space face a severe threat by either alien forces or greed-riddled human organizations placing the containment of the Alien Threat and the safety of humanity at risk through means such as Alien Ruin excavations or disruption of Order operations. Any vessel suspected to partake in destabilizing acts may be terminated.

Military Quarantine:
⧫ Systems under Military Quarantine represent strongholds of the Alien Threat. Any and all vessels attempting to breach these systems will be considered loyal to the alien threat and face immediate termination to safeguard all of humanity.
The quarantine of Tohoku is enforced in mutual cooperation by the Order and the Blood Dragons.

Vested Interest:
⧫ The Order does not restrict its continued dedication to safeguard humanity to the far edges of discovered space. Our Operatives work to the best of their abilities across the sector to keep everyone safe. We urge everyone not to obstruct their work.

Systems under monitoring:
⧫ Systems under Continued Monitoring are subject to routine operations by the Order. These operations aim to deter potential alien force breaches or serve the interdiction of dangerous cargo, technology or individuals. Any vessel obstructing Order operations will be disabled and their crews turned over to the nearest Freeport or in severe cases face termination.

1.3. Punishable Actions

Within the Order’s Mandated Territories, the listed individual actions may lead to intervention by the Order to safeguard our missions integrity and local stability.

1.3.1 Aiding Threats to Humanity

Anyone found guilty of aiding the Core or the Alien Threat will be considered an enemy to humankind and be engaged indiscriminately.

1.3.2 Possession of Contraband

The following commodities are restricted due to connotation with hostile organizations and alien forces. Vessels carrying these materials may see the cargo seized or face termination. Vessels belonging to the Bundschuh, Blood Dragons and the Gaians are exempted.
