Now that we have finally gathered the survey data, I believe it's time to decide upon a location for our vessels to finally settle at.
With careful analysation and planning, we can vote upon which is the most optimal location, taking into consideration of local resources and the populace. I believe this is more important than initiating the operations early. With a stand-ground, it would be more resourceful and efficient to carry out future operations and research.
