Okay, some feedback - this time from the Corsair side.
1. Nice use of Admin privileges. Performing an IP check on the post done on the shared Council account and using the intel to put pressure on Clavius is definitly the way things should not be done. For all those who do not know, the account is shared, all posts that are made by it are internally discussed before they are sent.
Quickly erasing the message afterwards showed that you exactly knew what you did there and that it was wrong.

I know you hate me, and you see IMG-conspiracy against you everywhere, but that does not give you the right to put pressure on Clavius and interfere in who he has in his High Command. So, please abstain from doing this. You are using your powerful position as an Admin to actually influence a player.
3. No one complains if a faction answers slowly. But if you assume that 18 days is okay, you are wrong, especially as you were contacted a few times (and you delayed another rp, and then suddenly said you would not even be able to participate). That's more than bad style and simply unfair to all other participants.
If you assume that 10 months for some simple rp is okay, you are very wrong. If you assume that "our support irply continues, even though we do nothing for more than a year" works, you are also very wrong.
Sounds harsh, but if you cannot manage to reply to forum roleplay within 1 week (and that's already pretty extremely slow), perhaps you should find someone in your faction that can, or perhaps not lead a faction.
4. It makes perfect sense for Corsairs to not be patient people. Look at their lore. Look at who DHC is dealing with. If we wanted to play it tough, we would not have waited for nearly a year. Corsairs are fierce and not the type you play delaying games with. So critizising the roleplay for being too harsh (e.g. ultimatuum complaint/surprise) makes zero sense because it is already unrealistically soft given the DHC performance. TBH aims at portraying the Corsairs - as an official faction should - not some cuddly soft version of it.
5. DHC quickly defined their Sair diplo to +0.3 before the "State your hate/love" rule came online. A very disputable move, because IF you were challenged on it, I bet Admins would not permit it. Why? There is literally no noteworthy roleplay that you could link, and linking roleplay to justify the change is a necessity. So, I suggest you actually put some effort into this or find someone to do it because I do not see any reason so far to justify it and to see why Sairs should treat DHC as +0.3 "getting towards being friends".
The solution is easy: roleplay. Ingame. On forums. At an acceptable pace. One documented supply flight in a month has to be possible. A forum post every few days has to be possible. And stop interfering with internal affairs of other factions, as long as they stay perfectly inside their lore and roleplay. And please stop using your Admin power in questionable ways.
