Heh! I had to double check to make sure this thread wasn't in flood for lulz

Just so you know, in case you didn't already, the odds of disco getting sued for using the likeness of solid snake is so laughably tiny that you'd have to break out an electron microscope to even begin to calculate 'em.
The odds are far greater that your car would operate on action movie physics & explode on impact in a collision. There's bigger odds that you could be struck by lightning on your birthday exactly 2.3 miles from home between 10:23p & 10:24p during a full blood moon.

The reality is, Konami wouldn't sue even if they ever found out.

This is a non-profit mod for an ancient game...Show me a major corporation in any country in the world that would use a lawsuit as a first resort when there's no financial gain, in lieu of (in an absolute worst case scenario) simply sending a form letter to the staff asking them to remove the likeness of their company property.

If it were my thread, I'd have just said hey, why Solid Snake? it breaks immersion & doesn't belong in the mod.

That is closer to the point you wanted to make, amirite?
