This is assistant director Jeremy Darrow of the LSF Directorate.

Director Adenauer regrets that she is unable to reply to your message and apologizes for the delay. As such, she has tasked me to coordinate LSF and IRG discussions.

Due to circumstances that we are not at liberty to share, all research materials have been moved from REDACTED research facility, and moved to the REDACTED research facility in the REDACTED system. As such, this complicates matters, as the REDACTED system is closed off to all that are not part of the Liberty Navy or Liberty Security Force.

Now, we are prepared to escort a small team through the system to land at REDACTED research facility, but authorization will have to also be granted from the Liberty Navy High Command. I hereby authorize this transmission to be recorded and sent to the Liberty Navy High Command ONLY, for proof that the LSF grants access to our facility in the REDACTED system. The rest, Mr. McCool, is up to the Liberty Navy.

Should such authorization be granted, you will be restricted to our research facility and shipyard ONLY. Venturing outside of the designated areas aboard these stations, or outside of the stations themselves without escort by either the LSF or the Liberty navy will result in incarceration of all IRG personnel as well as the destruction of your vessel and all data gathered. Should any data be sent out of the system will also result in incarceration of all IRG personnel, and the IRG will no longer be allowed within Liberty Space.
