Sender: Violet Burbank, Wisp Innovations
Recipient: Minister de Mortis
Subject: Yuma: Floral Control

Good day Minister,

Thank you for contacting Wisp Innovations regarding this matter. I am Dr Burbank, biochemist here at Atka Research Station, and I will be overseeing our involvement in this project.

I cannot currently make the trip to Planet Yuma personally, however I will organise that a team of our best field researchers be dispatched to conduct initial surveys and return biological samples to the lab. As soon as the away team has been organised I will be in touch to inform you of the names of the team members and the designation of the ship that will be visiting your space.

In the meantime, any information you can provide about the native flora would be greatly appreciated. In particular, information about the forms of defense, or indeed offense, used by the local plant life would be very useful. Do they tend to attack physically, or using toxins, or indeed a combination of the two?

Time is obviously an important factor for you, so let me assure you that getting a team to the surface of Yuma will be made a top priority. Once the initial survey is complete and the scope of the project has been assessed we can discuss any terms and conditions that may be nescessary.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Violet Burbank
