The Upholder model was replaced for quality, not balance reasons. As thus it belongs on the quality page which I've yet to start filling up.
The Executioner is being renamed to the Sentinel at the behest of a large amount of current and former Liberty leadership. The new model and name change will replace the old ship fully.
