I've had the same problem since I returned a few months ago; it happens every single night my time, usually starting around 11PM server time, and ending some time in the morning, but it's on and off in the morning and afternoon as well. See my signature for examples of how bad it gets. I can't believe my internet is this bad, because (aside from occasional cut-outs,) Teamspeak works fine.
