Flash in the pan activity is not good, it turns Disco into a lobby game rather than an RP server with people sitting on skype or discord waiting for a random fight to break out rather than being ingame and actually contributing. Don't get me wrong, events make a nice distraction but they shouldn't be the reason people play Disco.
As for activity, the only way to get it is to do it yourself.
