Waddup, Commonwealthers.

If you don't know me, which won't surprise me, my name is Robin Gresch. I am the de-facto captain of a Corvo-class Civilian Explorer christened the 'Normandy', and the current CEO of Sirius Freelance and Exploration. We're a small group of civilian captains who want our crews, as well as our patrons, to view the beauty of Sirius and beyond in full.

I know how much you Liberty types like your legal forms and such, so I'll just fill it out real quick and put it in a little drop down table right below this paragraph.

Reason for application: The Commonwealth seems like a fancy good place to implicate our business plans. It's also where several of my employees call home, so I'd rather their work be allowed to pick them up instead of them having to waste the H-Fuel.
Reason why it should be granted: As I said above, the Commonwealth seems like a swell place to continue our business. Considering my Control Vessel, the 'Normandy', was just put into Baltimore for repairs after attempting to help one of your bomber pilots, I felt it was a decent way to spark relations.

That should be it. Once the form is validated, and the Normandy is back and ready for action, then we'll be ready to proceed to... well, anywhere to finish anything you lads may have left for us..
