ID Changes/Rework - Community Input requested

Apologies for the delay in this people. In my initial post, I had hoped this would've been done a lot sooner.

This has been bumped to priority two/beta/secondary/blahblahblah. Rules rework first, and then this. Ideally (Again like the rules rework, depends on other admin buyin and work) this will be ready to be viewed one last time to the community by next week. Fingers crossed that's how it is, and I'm sure many will just brush this off and not believe it. But I'm writing this to provide transparency as well as indicate that it's being discussed as I type this in the Admin chat, and we're hitting the ground running.
