Remove thrusters from 5kers?

Why nerf them even more? They are sitting ducks already.

Surely its not the thrusters causing the issue but the armour in that scenario? Why not limit transports to HAU's only and leave the capital stuff to capitals?

But you only have two options when youre in a 5k already. Pay or die.

If 5ks are thrusting away from you, you're pirating in the wrong ship. Get a small transport.
